Airport Transfers

For out of town delegates, the Vancouver International Airport is located approximately 12.0 km from the hotel (25 minute drive). Please visit the hotel website for detailed driving or transit directions.

Business Centre

Hilton Vancouver Metrotown has a complimentary business centre that is available 24/7.

Dress

Dress is “business casual” for all sessions and events. Hotel management makes every effort to keep room temperatures comfortable. However, it is a good idea to dress in layers as room temperatures rise and fall automatically depending on the number of people in the room.

Fitness Centre

During your stay be sure to take advantage of the numerous amenities provided for your comfort. Keep up with your workout schedule in the fully equipped fitness centre and outdoor swimming pool.

Food Restrictions or Allergies

All participants are asked to provide information about food allergies or dietary restrictions in advance please.  Arrangements will be made with the hotel to accommodate delegates with special meals.  These delegates are asked to identify themselves to catering staff at all meals.

Guest Room Reservations

The conference has set aside a block of rooms with a preferred group rate of $169 per night (single or double occupancy). To make a reservation, use this link or call 1-888-744-5866 and identify yourself as members of the BC Financial Healthcare Professionals Society Conference. All bookings must be made no later than Monday, September 10th, 2018.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to arrival date and no-shows will be charged one night and tax to their credit card.

Identification

All delegates will be issued with a name badge that will provide admission to all sessions and activities. Please wear this identification at all times during the conference.

Complimentary internet access is available on the conference level and in the guest rooms.

Meals

The following meals will be provided to delegates attending the conference:

• Day 1 – Breakfast, AM Break, Lunch, and PM Break
• Day 2 – Breakfast, AM Break, and Lunch

Food and beverages will also be made available at social and networking events. One complimentary alcoholic drink will be provided and a cash bar.

Parking at the Hilton Vancouver Metrotown

Valet and self-parking are available on-property at Hilton Vancouver Metrotown for hotel guests and delegates.

Hilton Vancouver Metrotown is located between Kingsway and McKay Avenue. The main Entrance is on McKay Avenue. 

Hotel parking fees are as follows and inclusive of all taxes:

Public Transportation

Hilton Vancouver Metrotown offers easy access to the Skytrain rapid transit system. The closest station to the hotel is the Metrotown station which is located on Central Blvd.

Hilton Vancouver Metrotown has an onsite restaurant and lounge. Reflect Social Dining and Lounge is open daily from 6:00 am-12:00 am daily.
