Virtual Two Day Conference!
We're glad you're thinking of registering for the conference!
Because the conference is virtual, you won't have to pre-select courses to attend. Except Ethics: Ethics will have maximum 30 people per session. We may need to add additional sessions depending on how many people register.
** Ethics full (2 sections) as of July 7, 2021
Some sessions/courses are live and some are pre-recorded. The schedule indicates which are which using colour.
The Live sessions will be recorded and posted to the conference site so delegates can listen again at their convenience. Pre-recorded sessions will open at their scheduled time and also be available afterwards for re-watching. Conference materials will be active and available until Sept 30th, allowing delegates to maximize their PD points.
Those who register early will receive a link to the conference platform early, so please register before the early bird deadline of end of day September 1! The link will be active a few days before the conference so delegates can explore/practice.
Ethics: To participate in the Ethics session, you must tell us in advance via the radio button that is part of the registration flow. There is a maximum of 30 people allowed in each session. New sessions may be added to accommodate more attendees.
By registering for this conference, you agree to allow conference organizers to produce a participant listing that will contain your name, your position and your organization. No other personal contact information will be disclosed or distributed.
In compliance with Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), registered attendees will remain on the Society's email distribution list for a period of two years. However, at anytime you may unsubscribe from our mailing list should you not wish to receive future notices.
Member rates are available to an employee of a Health Care Provider in BC (publicly funded healthcare services) including Acute, Residential, Community, Mental Health Affiliate member; you can also be employed by the Ministry of Health or by an organization providing services to the health care industry.
Conference organizers reserve the right to review all conference registrations and confirm if eligible for a member rate.
